Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Lip gloss
• Lip liners
• Cuticle oils
• Any opened or used cosmetic items
This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us assist you quickly, include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item(s) received
• A brief description of the issue
